Anti-PP32R1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against PP32R1 (also referred to as ANP32C, acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member C, phosphoprotein 32-related protein 1, or tumorigenic protein pp32r1). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human PP32R1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PP32R1 protein following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is offered in a 50 µL aliquot. Validated applications on the supplier page are ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) and WB (Western blot), and the antibody is reactive with human samples; its use is intended for research purposes only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic work.
