Anti-PP2A-α (T301) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PP2A-α, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–320 of human PP2A-α and is reported to detect endogenous levels of PP2A-α protein.

It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 38 kDa.
