Anti-PP2A-α (phospho-Y307) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PP2A-α phosphorylated at Tyrosine 307, is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PP2A-α around the Tyrosine 307 phosphorylation site. According to the manufacturer, this reagent detects endogenous levels of PP2A-α protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr307. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
