PP1 gamma (Protein Phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit gamma) is a serine/threonine phosphatase that regulates cell cycle progression, glycogen metabolism, and spermatogenesis through dephosphorylation of numerous cellular substrates. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum and is intended for research use only, supporting studies that probe PP1 gamma expression and localization in fixed or lysed tissue preparations. Endogenous PP1 gamma migrates near the expected ~37 kDa position of the catalytic subunit, enabling clean band detection by WB alongside IHC and IF visualization in appropriately prepared specimens. Storage at -20 °C in small aliquots is recommended to preserve antibody activity across repeated use.
