Anti-PP1α (G315) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PP1α (G315). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280–330 of Human PP1α, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of PP1α protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
