Anti-POU5F1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against POU5F1 (Oct4), supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent is affinity purified and validated for use in western blot and immunohistochemistry.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–350 of human Oct4 (NP_002692.2). The associated target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.

Reactivity has been confirmed with human and mouse samples.
