Anti-POU2F1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises POU2F1, also referred to as OCT1. It is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is listed as reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 15–290 of human POU2F1/OCT1 (NP_001185712.1). The target migrates at approximately 90 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100.

Formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
