Anti-POR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Cytochrome P450 Reductase (POR). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and is KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human CYPOR (NP_000932.3). The target has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
