Anti-POP4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against POP4 (also designated RPP29), supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry, showing reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human POP4 (NP_006618.1). The target has an observed molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:200–1:2,000 for Western Blot and 1:50–1:200 for Immunohistochemistry. The antibody is affinity-purified and presented in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
