Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets PON2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is of the IgG isotype.
Produced in rabbit using recombinant full length Human PON2 as the immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of PON2 protein. It is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 31,40 kDa. Two scientific validation images are supplied.
