Anti-PON1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20-150 of human PON1 (NP_000437.3). The antibody detects bands at approximately 40 kDa and 55 kDa and is recommended for Western blot at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
