Anti-POMT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against POMT1 and is validated for western blotting applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 310–550 of human POMT1 (NP_001070833.1) and is affinity purified, recognising a target of 63 kDa. The recommended western blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
