Anti-POMP Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Proteasome maturation protein (POMP), supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–141 of human POMP (NP_057016.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 16 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
