Anti-POMGNT2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human POMGNT2 immunogen, the A39469 reagent from Antibodies.com is a polyclonal primary antibody validated for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples. Each vial is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered in both 50 µL and 100 µL formats to suit different experimental scales. The antibody recognizes the endogenous total POMGNT2 protein (also known as GTDC2, AGO61 or EOGTL), making it suitable for studies of O-linked-mannose N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 2 and related glycosylation pathways. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
