Anti-POM121 (K1249) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets POM121, a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 121 kDa. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human POM121 and specifically recognises endogenous levels of POM121 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
