Anti-POLR3G Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human POLR3G, the 32 kDa DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit G (also known as RPC7, RPC32 and RPC32-alpha). The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and the IgG-class antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of POLR3G in samples from human and mouse origins. Validated for Western blotting, it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
