Anti-POLR2J Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180719)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, targeting POLR2J, also referred to as RNA polymerase II RPB11. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human and mouse samples. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and provided as a liquid with lot-specific concentration.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–117 of human POLR2J (NP_006225.1) and is affinity purified. It has a molecular weight of 16 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
