Anti-POLR2J Antibody

Raised in rabbit against RNA Polymerase II subunit J, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody recognizes a shared subunit of eukaryotic RNA polymerases I, II, and III and supports studies of mRNA, rRNA, and small RNA transcription in human, mouse, and rat samples. Validated applications include western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, making it useful for examining Pol II complex assembly, chromatin association, and subcellular localization in both fixed tissue sections and cultured cells. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents depending on the chosen detection chemistry.
