Anti-POLR2I Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against POLR2I and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen.

The immunogen is recombinant human POLR2I protein, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total POLR2I protein. Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples, with reactivity to rat also reported in the product listing. The antibody is of the IgG isotype. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
