Anti-POLR2I Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent by Antibodies.com, this antibody binds POLR2I, the ninth subunit of RNA polymerase II (also called RPB9), a small zinc-binding protein essential for transcription initiation and messenger RNA synthesis in eukaryotic cells.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, the reagent detects the human, mouse, and rat POLR2I orthologues, supporting cross-species studies of RNA polymerase II subunit composition, transcription machinery integrity, and chromatin-associated protein complexes in normal and diseased tissue contexts.

Supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is intended for research use only.
