Anti-POLR2H Antibody

POLR2H encodes the seventh largest subunit of RNA polymerase II, the multisubunit enzyme responsible for transcribing protein-coding mRNAs and most small nuclear RNAs in eukaryotic cells. Also referenced in the literature as RPB17, the subunit contributes to the structural stability of the polymerase complex and supports accurate transcription initiation and elongation across active gene bodies.
