Anti-POLR2D Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human POLR2D (RNA polymerase II subunit D) immunogen and affinity-purified to deliver a clean, target-specific signal. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is available in a 50 µl volume. It detects the endogenous pool of total POLR2D protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with demonstrated performance on extracts of multiple human cell lines and on paraffin-embedded tissue sections such as human oesophageal cancer at a 1:100 dilution. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the reagent shows reactivity with Human and Mouse samples. For handling, the antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
