Anti-POLR2D Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets POLR2D, also referred to as RNA polymerase II RPB4. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), it reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-142 of human POLR2D (NP_004796.1). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is affinity purified and has an IgG isotype. The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:10-1:100 for ICC/IF, and 1:50-1:200 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
