Anti-POLR2B Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against POLR2B (also referred to as RPB2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human POLR2B (NP_000929.1). The reagent recognises the target, which has a reported molecular weight of 134 kDa, and is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC at 1:50–1:200. The product is affinity-purified and supported by 4 scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4 °C for storage at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
