Anti-POLR2A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the largest catalytic subunit of RNA polymerase II and is validated for the detection of endogenous total POLR2A protein. The antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, a recombinant human POLR2A protein. Recommended applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, with validation data shown on HeLa whole-cell lysates and HepG2 cells.
