Anti-POLR2A Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1135-1311 of human POLR2A (NP_000928.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:500-1:1,000 for IP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
