Anti-POLL Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNA Polymerase lambda (POLL), supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with samples from Human, Mouse and Rat. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 421–575 of the human POLL protein (NP_037406.1), and the target band is observed at a molecular weight of 63 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
