Anti-POLH Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180703)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting POLH, also known as DNA polymerase eta. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for WB and ICC/IF applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 322–520 of human DNA polymerase eta (NP_006493.1). The target has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
