Anti-POLG2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against POLG2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form [C0, S1, S2, S3]. It has been validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications [C0, S1, S2], and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples [S1, S2].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 216–485 of human POLG2 (NP_009146.2) [S1]. The reagent is affinity-purified [S1, S2, S3] and formulated in phosphate buffered saline with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1, S2, S3]. It is shipped at 4°C and recommended for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1, S2, S3]. The target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa [S1].
