Anti-POLG Antibody

Produced in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets POLG (DNA Polymerase gamma) and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:500, and reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 540–720 of human DNA Polymerase gamma (NP_002684.1) and is affinity purified.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the reagent recognises a protein with a molecular weight of 140 kDa.
