Anti-POLDIP3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antiserum raised against POLDIP3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 200 µL unconjugated IgG preparation for research use. POLDIP3 (also called SKAR or p46) interacts with DNA polymerase delta and participates in co-transcriptional mRNA splicing through association with the exon junction complex. This reagent detects the endogenous human and mouse protein in Western blot, immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections, and immunofluorescence staining, supporting studies of replication-associated repair, spliceosome assembly, and nuclear organization. The polyclonal format provides epitope diversity useful when probing conformational variants or post-translationally modified forms, and the unconjugated IgG can be paired with any secondary reporter or label of choice.
