POLDIP2 (Polymerase Delta Interacting Protein 2) is a multifunctional protein best known for binding the p50 subunit of DNA polymerase delta during DNA replication and repair. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is supplied as 200 µl, ready for direct use in western blot workflows or for downstream conjugation with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin labels. Validated for WB on human samples, the antibody recognises the endogenous protein at its predicted molecular weight. Beyond its canonical role in replication fork stability, POLDIP2 has been investigated in the regulation of NADPH oxidase 4 (Nox4), mitochondrial bioenergetics, and cytoskeletal remodelling in vascular and renal systems, making this reagent of interest to researchers studying oxidative stress signalling, DNA damage responses, and cell migration. For handling, keep the vial refrigerated between uses and aliquot before freezing at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. The product is supplied by Antibodies.com for research use only.
