Anti-POLD4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the POLD4 target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot applications on human samples and is recommended at a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–107 of human POLD4 (NP_066996.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. Antibody concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.

A supporting Western blot image is provided from MCF-7 cell extracts performed at 1:1,000 dilution, with a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane, blocking in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, and detection via ECL with a 90 second exposure.
