Anti-POLD2 Antibody

This unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120-360 of human POLD2 (NP_006221.2). The target protein is localised to the nucleoplasm and shows low tissue specificity. Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The reported molecular weight of the target is 51 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
