Anti-POLB Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185818)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises DNA Polymerase beta (POLB). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 37 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–335 of human DNA Polymerase beta (NP_002681.1). It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and is hosted in rabbit. Validated applications include Western Blot at a recommended dilution of 1:200–1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence at 1:20–1:200. The reagent has been KO validated.

Reported reactivity is against human and mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
