The Antibodies.com Anti-POGZ polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for detection of endogenous human and mouse POGZ, a multi-zinc finger transcriptional regulator involved in chromatin remodeling, mitotic chromosome segregation, and DNA damage response. Loss-of-function mutations in POGZ cause White-Sutton syndrome, a neurodevelopmental condition that has also been investigated in the context of autism spectrum disorder. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in 100 µl per vial and is recommended for western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation workflows. Store frozen at -20 °C in small working aliquots and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. Intended for research use only.
