Anti-PODXL2 Antibody

The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets PODXL2, a sialoglycoprotein of the CD34/podocalyxin family that contributes to cell adhesion and has been examined in vascular endothelial biology and select tumor contexts. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody allows flexible pairing with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents.

The reagent recognizes human, mouse, and rat PODXL2 and is validated for western blot, supporting detection of the target in standard SDS-PAGE lysate workflows. Sodium azide is included as a preservative for refrigerated storage; aliquoting upon receipt is recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles on polyclonal preparations, which helps preserve batch-to-batch reactivity.
