Anti-PNPO Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targeting human PNPO (Pyridoxine 5'-Phosphate Oxidase), an FMN-dependent oxidase that catalyzes the terminal step in the conversion of pyridoxine 5'-phosphate to pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP), the biologically active cofactor form of vitamin B6.

Because biallelic loss-of-function variants in PNPO cause pyridoxine-5'-phosphate oxidase deficiency, a neonatal epileptic encephalopathy that responds to PLP supplementation, this reagent supports Western Blot investigation of endogenous expression in liver, brain, and patient-derived cell lysates.

Supplied at 100 µl as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent raised in Rabbit, with reactivity reported for Human. Validated for WB.
