Anti-PNPLA3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PNPLA3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 377–481 of human PNPLA3 (NP_079501.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The concentration is lot specific.
