Anti-PNP Antibody

For Western blot and immunoprecipitation studies, this rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody enables protein-level investigation of purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) in human and mouse samples. PNP participates in the purine salvage pathway, where it catalyzes the phosphorolytic cleavage of inosine and guanosine to yield free bases and ribose-1-phosphate.

In Western blot workflows, the reagent can be used to examine endogenous PNP expression in cell lysates. In immunoprecipitation, it can support capture of PNP-containing complexes from cell extracts.
