Anti-PNLIP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PNLIP (Pancreatic Lipase/PTL) is offered by Antibodies.com in unconjugated, liquid form. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF applications, while the supplier listing also indicates reactivity by immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 166–465 of human PNLIP (NP_000927.1). Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot-specific and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
