Anti-PNLIP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Pancreatic Lipase (PNLIP), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 166–465 of human PNLIP (NP_000927.1), and the antibody is affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The reported molecular weight of the target is 51 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with concentration reported as lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
