Anti-PNKP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PNKP (polynucleotide kinase 3'-phosphatase) supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60-320 of human PNKP (NP_009185.2) and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a stated molecular weight of 57 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
