Anti-PMS2 (D483) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PMS2, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 450–500 of human PMS2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of PMS2 protein. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 96 kDa. Antibody purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
