Anti-PMS1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PMS1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody intended for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is raised in Rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 405–619 of human PMS1 (NP_000525.1).
