Anti-PMS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antiserum is raised against human PMS1 and affinity-purified using the immunogen to deliver selective recognition of the endogenous mismatch-repair protein PMS1 (also known as PMSL1 or DNA mismatch repair protein PMS1). The 50 µl vial is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for use with standard secondary detection reagents in immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry workflows. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with both human and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of DNA mismatch repair function. For routine handling the reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
