Anti-PMPCB Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PMPCB, offered under the Antibodies.com brand within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated.

It has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) work and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The labelling also indicates IHC as a tested application. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110–380 of human PMPCB (NP_004270.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity methods. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 50 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
