Anti-PMM2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MYST1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human MYST1 (amino acids 101-150). The antibody is purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide and is supplied as a liquid preparation with a molecular weight of 52kDa. The formulation contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% Sodium Azide, and 50% Glycerol. Recommended working dilutions are 1:50 to 1:100 for IHC and 1:1000 for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
