Anti-PML + RARA Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PML Protein and Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha (PML + RARA). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It was raised against recombinant human PML/RARA protein.

Recommended for Western blot applications at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, the antibody has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. Reported molecular weights are 51 kDa and 130 kDa. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
