Anti-PML Protein Antibody [B4C8]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone B4C8) is raised against PML Protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human samples and is supplied in lyophilised form, unconjugated and of the IgG1 isotype.

The immunogen is a recombinant partial human PML protein containing the ring finger domain. The antibody recognises both normal lower molecular weight PML proteins and the high molecular weight PML/RARa chimeric protein associated with promyelocytic leukemia. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.4.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent; the product is reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
